In-Service Training
It is common for employers to schedule in-service training programs frequently to orient new comers or to orient the old ones. The reasons for these training programs vary - but for most part- they are meant to help employees to keep abreast with new knowledge. They also give the much needed support to staff when implementing a new system or equipment.
The training took two 8-hour days, and covered different tools of the software including registration of different image types - computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and positron emission tomography (PET)). Deformation of both images and doses was also extensively covered. During the final day, the powerful Atlas segmentation tool was covered.
